Pay Band & Guard Student Fees Here

We try very hard to make sure we give flexibility  and options to pay student fees. Therefore, we have setup the ability for you pay your band fees online via electronic check or credit card through PayPal.

You may check your account balance by signing into your account HERE.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
Paying with a Check or Money Order
As in the past, parents can pay with a check or money order. This method is the lowest cost to the family, as there are no extra charges when paying by check. The check should me mailed to:

Cash Payments and Other Arrangements
Please contact our Student Fees Treasurer or Mr. Meckes if you need to make a cash payment, a payment in person, or have questions about your balance or account:  StudentFees@WCPerformingArts.com

To Pay Online with PayPal
You do NOT have to have a PayPal account to use this service!
Enter your payment amount on the link below and follow the instructions to make a payment online. We hope you will find this to be an easy and convenient way to pay your band or guard fees.

In order to offer this service, we must pass along PayPal's service charge to you. While this fee is not a large fee (2.99% + 40 cents), it is included in the amount that you wish to pay below.

Please click on the link below to process your payment with PayPal. If you have a PayPal account, you will simply need to login and pay as usual. However, a PayPal account is not required. If you do not have a PayPal account, just select "Pay with Debit or Credit Card "on the bottom of the screen and process your payment there. After you are done, you will receive an email confirmation from PayPal of your payment. You must forward confirmation to StudentFees@WCPerformingArts.com and include your student's name.

On the "Checkout" or “Review your payment” page, be sure to note the student’s name in the “SHIP TO ADDRESS FIRST NAME and LAST NAME” boxes.

 

An e-mail will be sent by PayPal notifying us that you have made a payment. An email confirmation will be sent to the treasurer, as well as yourself. Your credit card statement and that email will be your receipt. The charge will appear on your credit card statement as payment to PAYPAL *WARREN PAA*.

 

It takes at least 5 business days for your payment to show on your statement.
