STONYBROOK INTERMEDIATE & MIDDLE SCHOOL ORCHESTRA

Learn more about the positive impact music can have on your child, contact Mrs. French to get more information about our music program.

The impact of music education on children is profound.

Music does more than just make sounds, it changes the way we think and act. The skills your child will learn in music will help them be successful on the stage, in the classroom, and for the rest of their lives.

What is Orchestra?

ABOUT THE STONYBROOK ORCHESTRA

In orchestra you will learn to play the string instruments which include Violin, Viola, Cello, and Bass.  We always work hard but have lots of fun playing exciting music and there are many rewards.

We perform in concerts, have special guests, and attend many field trips outside of school.

You will be successful in an environment through team work, self discipline, and build self-esteem. Come join the orchestra!
